Admissions

Introduction

We know that choosing the right school for your child can be a stressful process and we want you to feel confident and assured when applying for a place at The Hills. We offer smaller tours of the school during the day with Moya Whitehead, our Headteacher.  Please email the school office to make an enquiry as we have various dates available. We are also offering a regular Wednesday afternoon opportunity (commencing Wednesday 1st November) to bring your child to the school and join one of the Reception classes for a play opportunity between 2:30 and 3. It’s a great way to get to know the school, staff and help your child to feel positive about next steps. You can just come to one, or come regularly or whatever suits.  Please also contact the office to book this.

Here is a summary of what you may need to know:

  • We can accommodate children for up to 30 hours and if you are eligible you can apply for extra funding through the HMRC website
  • The nursery has the capacity for 30 children in the morning and 30 in the afternoon
  • Admissions to the nursery are decided by the school
