Recycled art

One of the targets on the  Eco Development plan was to produce a piece of recycled art to brighten up the school grounds.

After looking for inspiration on the Internet,  the Eco Committee decided they'd like to produce a piece of bottle top art. Once the Eco Committee had surveyed the classes on possible designs, they decided to produce a flower, snail and butterfly.  We asked a friend of the school to cut the templates for our designs. Once these were cut, many children from across the year groups helped to design and stick the bottle tops that we had collected. The snail was created by the art club. By the end of the term, there should be one more addition - a dragonfly, so look out for it in the garden!

Thank you to all those that helped produce these beautiful works of art.
