On Monday, Year 3 went to the corn exchange in Bedford for a concert called ‘Orchestra unwrapped’.

We were sat right at the front so we had a brilliant view of all of the instruments that made up the orchestra! We loved watching them play- the music was unbelievable!

Another fantastic part of the concert was that we got to join in with the singing during the story of ‘Leon and the place in-between’ which was all about MAGIC! We had already learnt the songs in school so it felt great to sing along with the music from the live orchestra!

We learnt all about the different instruments and different composers’ throughout history.

Another highlight was seeing ourselves on the big projector at the front with our (winning!) video introducing the story of Scheherazade.

It was a great afternoon, leaving lots of us inspired and definitely believing in MAGIC!
