In art, we made Rangoli patterns by using toothpicks

Firstly, we planned it in our sketch books. Normally in Rangoli, they're based on nature, like flowers or birds. Secondly, we got an A4 piece of card and with oil pastels, we coloured the card in a pattern like a rainbow, or just warm and cool colours. Warm colours are colours like red and orange and cool colours are colours like blue or purple. After, we painted to the card black and waited for it to dry. Then we go our toothpick and scratched our design. This then seals the rainbow oil pastels underneath the black paint! Finally, we evaluated our Rangoli patterns.
