She wrote “I have really enjoyed doing lots of baking! I have learnt to bake scones and I treated my mum to a cream tea afternoon. I baked scones, fairy cakes and a simple fruit cake. My favourite recipe is baking a Victoria sponge. In the garden I have planted sunflower seeds and I drew ballet inspired pictures because I love doing ballet.”
