This is our annual outcomes survey which we have carried out for the past 4 years.  This survey is for parent carers of children and young people (0-25) with SEND (whether diagnosed or not) who live in Bedford Borough or who access services in Bedford Borough e.g. Health Services/Schools etc.  When we use the term 'local services' we mean the Local Authority, ICB and other Health Services.  In the past, this survey has been open to practitioners but this version is for parent carers only.
