A BEARy good week!!!

Written by
Hello everyone! This week we have continued to write sentences and recap on our Jolly Phonics sounds during our daily phonics sessions. We have made some brilliant patterns using paints and shapes in Numeracy as well as learning all about 2D and 3D shapes. It would be great if you could go on a shape walk with your child and take a photograph for them to bring in to school – the photograph could be of something like: the roof on a house or a baked bean tin! We have made a fantastic life-size collage of a Polar bear which we are going to use on our classroom display board and some of the children had a go at making their own mini bear collage! Please have a look at our photographs Next week we have our ‘Outdoor discovery week’. Please make sure that children wear appropriate clothing as it may be cold out in the woods. ALL children will need a packed lunch and their water bottle. Please also remember that your child will need their book bags in school with them on their reading day! Have a lovely weekend and I look forward to seeing you all next week, ready for our outdoor adventure!!!! Miss Steel
