The Office

• The Office is open from 8am – 4pm Monday to Friday.
• Outside of these hours and during busy morning periods the answer machine may be switched on.
  • The answer machine has an absence hotline.
  • If you leave a message we can log the reason for absence.
  • Sometimes we do chase reasons for absence and apologise if there has been a miscommunication.
• Please remember there is a red post box opposite the office and this can be used for posting letters, payments, dinner money. This is to save you queuing!
• It is helpful if people have the correct change and an envelope. We have a stock of second hand envelopes outside the office in the blue holder for your use.
