THE NATIONAL SPACE CENTRE!

On Monday, year 4 went on a fantastic trip to The National Space Centre in Leicester!

We had a fantastic day learning about space. We climbed 144 steps to the top of the rocket tower and saw two amazing rockets! We even saw a piece of genuine moon rock, it was incredible!

There were lots of different activities to do and we learnt lots of interesting facts. We also watched a show in the Sir Patrick Moore Planetarium that was all about astronauts.

We took along a special Hills rock to hide in the space centre as well, we wonder who will find it!
